Hi and welcome to Preventing Managing and understanding stress.

The program consists of a collection of reflective meditations. We present some facts and ideas about work stress and stress management. And we guide you in applying these ideas and facts.

In the program you will find 50 reflective mediations and beneath each audio player you will find content descriptions for each session.

The 50 mediations are separated into 6 modules, looking at works stress from different angels. The first 3 are theoretically oriented and the last 3 are practically oriented.

When we pose a question in a session it will be followed by a short pause in the audio. Use this pause to reflect and ponder on own your own experiences in relation to the topic at hand.
